It took investigating officers over three weeks to determine that Leeton's Faasolo Tapuvau Seve would be required to front a code of conduct hearing after it was alleged the Phantoms player entered the field to become involved in a brawl in the second grade clash against Wagga City at Leeton No.1 Oval on August 1.
The hearing was held on Wednesday night, almost five weeks after the incident.
However Southern Inland president Warwick Grant would not release any details of the hearing but is content with the findings.
"The board is satisfied the club concerned and the judiciary handled it in an appropriate manner," Grant said.
Grant was not concerned by the lack of transparency.
"It will be a lot poorer look if it goes on," He said.
Leeton have already revealed they would not reveal any sanctions they imposed.

Grant did confirm there are ongoing investigations from last week's game between Waratahs and Wagga City.
He would not reveal the full scope although The Daily Advertiser understands more than one person's actions are being probed.
Wagga City centre Ritchie Herangi was red carded after the final whistle after a confrontation with referee James Martel where it is alleged he became verbally abusive.
However with the investigation ongoing he is free to keep playing.
