RIVERINA Paceway has been given the all clear to allow spectators back on track from Friday.
Wagga chief executive Graeme White confirmed owners will be given the first opportunity.
It will then be opened to restricted numbers for members.
"Owners will be first and they have to ring the club before 5pm Thursday," White said.
"It will be opened to members after that."
Spectators are unable to access the stabling complex, must abide by social distancing rules and need to have their temperature checked before entering.
Any owner or member looking to be trackside for the first time since March needs to contact the club on 0418266619.
Horse participants will also need to enter the complex from the eastern end door instead of the normal western entry.

CODI Rauchenberger scored her first winner since a nasty fall at Redcliffe in December.
Rauchenberger spent a week in hospital after breaking her wrist and fracturing her collarbone.
Now working for David Micallef, she was thrilled to drive Our Sams Home to victory at Riverina Paceway on Friday.
"It is definitely a demon off your shoulder and takes the weight off a bit," Rauchenberger said.
Our Sams Home then backed up the winning performance with more success at Young on Tuesday.
He led a trifecta for Micallef, who lined up five of the seven runners.
Jackson Painting took the winning drive.
