Strike Force Arramagong was established in April to investigate the supply of prohibited drugs in the Junee area.
About 8.15am on Thursday, officers attached to Wagga Regional Enforcement Squad executed a search warrant at a property in Junee.
Police seized cannabis, methamphetamine, a motor vehicle and almost $50,000 cash, which is alleged to be the proceeds of crime.

The man was refused bail to appear at Wagga Local Court on Friday.
Police are continuing their investigations.
