Yoogali moved within one point of fourth spot as they extinguished any talk of another Wanderers finals appearance with the dominant performance at E W Moore Oval in Griffith.
An early double to Danny Roche put Yoogali in a commanding position before the talented Griffith striker was sent from the field just before half-time after receiving a second yellow card.
Yoogali went into the second half with a 3-1 lead and 10 men but it proved no worries for the home team.
Mason Donadel scored twice in the second half, while Will Piva scored his first senior goal for Yoogali to ensure they sent the Wanderers packing.
The Wanderers finished with 10 men themselves as Matthew Moffat was sent from the field late for dissent.

Yoogali SC coach Luke Santolin loved the way his team played for each other, particularly after going down to 10 men.
"I'm proud of the boys and get the feeling they played for each other today, and that was what I wanted," Santolin told The Area News.
"They started to throw the kitchen sink at us, and I think we dealt with it, so that is a positive.
"It just felt like a team performance, they all stuck together, there was no negative talk, and we were really positive at halftime."
Nashwan Sulaiman and Jacob Ochieng scored goals for the Wanderers.
Meantime, the Wanderers women went down 4-0 to Gungahlun United.
