Christopher James Dennis, 52, appeared in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday after being arrested at an auto centre earlier this year.
The Brucedale man has been charged with 10 counts of publishing false/misleading material to obtain financial advantage.

His solicitor, Sally Hunter, who appeared as an agent for McGirr lawyers from Sydney, said she was instructed to enter pleas of not guilty for all charges.
She also requested a brief of evidence and for Mr Dennis to be excused from court on the next occasion.
The matter will appear again in Wagga Local Court on July 6.
