Brothers Dylan and Tyson McLachlan will lead the Casuals charge to the title and trying to stop them are another pair of brothers in Cade and Edan Price, who are joined by another Brothers player Jordan Little in the Quolls line up.
Casuals head into the clash on the back of a nine-game winning streak, which includes a 6-5 win over their rivals in the semi-final earlier this month.
After a draw and a 9-4 loss to Quolls to start the season, the side hasn't lost since September.
Dylan McLachlan is out to extend their fine run of form, even if it has come as a bit of a surprise for those in the side.
"We don't really have many of the bigger names in the footy or touch world really but we've got a few younger kids," McLachlan said.
"It has been good.
"Finishing on top was better than what I expected going into the season for sure as we started with a draw and a loss in the first two games but haven't dropped one since then."
Casuals are the only side to get the better of Quolls this season and after a tight semi-final, Cade Price is hoping to turn the tide despite a number of injury worries after the representative carnival.
He's confident the side can reverse their most recent loss.
"I can't see why not," Price said.
"We've definitely got the talent and the potential in the team.
"Obviously they knocked us off last time but that doesn't really matter as you still have to put it together on the field on the day."
It's been a turnaround season for Casuals as they've stormed to the top of the ladder.
McLachlan credits a lot of the improvement to having more players at his disposal.
"Compared to other seasons we've just had more of our team turning up," he said.
"People have work and other commitments so we usually only had seven or eight players on a Tuesday while this year we seem to have a lot more subs.
"It helps a lot."
Both believe running for the whole game will be key to their success.
However Price is also looking to limit the Brothers star's influence.
"He's one of the in-form players and one of the top players going around," he said.
"He is their go-to player so if we can shut him down it is going to shut down some of their ability."
McLachlan also has Little in his sights.
"Shutting down Jordy Little goes a long way, he can play touch, but other than that we just have to have fun and run," he said.
The grand final will take place at Jubilee at 8pm following the completion of the women's decider.
