The defending champions and minor premiers were upstaged in the first week of finals and had to come through a drop off to book their place in Tuesday's decider at Jubilee.
However despite a 7-5 loss to Farmers Home last time around, Jets player Gabby O'Connell is confident the side has what it takes to win another title even if they have to go the long way to getting it done.
"We've got a strong team even though we are missing a fair few good players," O'Connell said.
"We haven't had them for a few weeks now and have still been winning. It's quite a young team as well so we're looking forward to it and I'm pretty confident."
Sophie Crouch scored the match-winning touchdown to down Tuckies 7-6 in the preliminary final last week.
The Jets will again be without Rhiannon Podmore and Abbey Corbett for the grand final, but the team has been adapting to missing some of its stars.
The semi-final result was the first loss of the season for AKW Jets after a win and two draws against Farmers Home previously.
