For the first time, The MLHD will livestream its public meeting on its Facebook page from 1pm on Tuesday, November 24.
MLHD Chief Executive Jill Ludford said residents could submit questions using an online form before the meeting begins.
Questions can also be posed during the meeting.
"We have always encouraged our communities to interact with us during our annual public meeting, but this year we hope that engagement will increase, with technology making a virtual event more accessible," Ms Ludford said.
The meeting will include Ms Ludford speaking on the challenges faced in the region over the past financial year, including those posed by bushfires and the coronavirus pandemic.
MLHD board chair Gayle Murphy will explain the District's new strategic goals, with director of finance and performance Kevin Lawrence to provide an update on its finances.
The meeting will also host keynote speaker Joe Murphy, who is the first registrar to receive a Murrumbidgee Rural GP training contract under a new model designed to equip GPs with skills, such as obstetrics or emergency medicine, required to become rural generalist doctors.
