POLICE are on the hunt for three armed robbers who assaulted and threatened victims in Wagga overnight in two separate incidents.

Three men approached a 47-year-old man not know to them in his car parked in the Wagga Botanic Gardens carpark about 12am on Monday.
As the man left his vehicle, one of the unknown men pushed him to the ground and made threats before assaulting him and taking his mobile phone.
The victim fled on foot and took shelter outside a nearby residence.
A short time later in the same carpark, a man and a woman, both aged 21, were sitting in a red Lexus NX200t when they were approached by three unknown men.
In other news:
One of the men opened the driver's door armed with a tyre iron, while the other opened the passenger's door and punched the 21-year-old man in the face.
The 21-year-old man was then forced from the vehicle and threatened with a knife before one of the offenders took his wallet and mobile phone.
The men then forced the woman from the car and stole her phone and the Lexus.
The 21-year-old man sustained cuts to his face but did not require treatment, while the woman was not physically harmed.
Officers from Riverina Police District have commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incidents.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have seen a white Mitsubishi sedan in the area around the time of the incidents, to come forward.
