The Rotary Shine Awards night boasted its largest ever attendance and field of winners at the Wagga council chambers on Thursday night.
From people who have been working with the company for 36 years, to others who are known for their helpful attitude and winning smile - they were all winners.
Alan Lean, the founder of the initiative, said the Shine Awards was established by Wagga Rotary to acknowledge the achievements of individuals with a disability who can commit to the community by working.
It was not only hard-working employees who were recognised, but also the bosses and fellow colleagues who supported them.
The Shine Awards were started in 2011, and after taking a hiatus in 2018 and returned on November 28 for the official ceremony with more than 110 people filling the chamber.
