Last year's grand finalists are now 12 points clear of Wagga City coming into the final round of the competition after their 47-17 at Exies Oval.
Wagga City went into the round seven adrift but the Blacks' win, combined with their 38-19 loss to second-placed Waratahs, ended their chances.
CSU claimed the minor premiership with a 69-5 win over Leeton.
They will tackle Waratahs, who beat them 58-24 two weeks ago in the first week of the finals while Griffith will have a rematch against Tumut.
Meanwhile Ag College scored a 34-10 win over Albury to complete the round.
