Khan was down three games to one against John Raczkowski but kept his nerve and rallied to pull off a thrilling finish.
With his back against the wall in the best of seven clash, Khan won the last three games to secure a 4-3 victory.
Meanwhile veteran Terry Storch claimed the B grade singles finals.
He down Richard Crossing 3-2 in what was a hard-fought match.
It was the first time Storch had entered the B grade, but the 80-year-old showed he’s still got plenty of game
It was some revenge for Storch who went down, alongside partner John Wells, to Iain Boyton and Christian De Camps in the recent pennant final.
