The premiers lost their Twenty20 and one-day matches last weekend and come up against Wagga RSL on Saturday.
Robertson knows the side needs to turn things around quickly.
“We need to man up and get on with the season as the last couple of games have not been good enough,” Robertson said. “We’re definitely aware of that but the time for change is now.
“We’ll definitely be putting our best foot forward on the weekend and fight tooth and claw to try and get ourselves back in the winner’s circle.
Robertson said their performances haven’t been good enough, especially at the top of the order.
They slipped to 5-17 in the one-day loss to Wagga City before Robertson helped them recover to 101.
However despite having the undefeated Cats on the ropes, they couldn’t find one last blow to take the win.
Robertson is looking for a better showing in every facet of the game.
“We need to improve in every aspect of our game at the moment,” he said.
“We are well aware of what is happening and we were in a position to win both games on the weekend but that is completely irrelevant.
“We didn’t bat well enough in either game and on Friday night we didn’t take our chances.
“I think we dropped Dave Bolton three or four times and our fortunes could have been different if we had of taken our opportunities to win the game.
“We’ve been addressing everything at training and hopefully that comes through this weekend.”
Wagga RSL have only won one of their four matches to start the season.
However their ladder position doesn’t concern Robertson.
“They are consistently getting some runs and I think they are probably scoring enough runs to win games and I think they are one of the harder teams to get a win off,” he said.
“We need to be on our game from ball one and right through the whole game to get close to doing that.”
The Bulls will be buoyed by the return of Lachie Skelly and Jesse Hampton.
Skelly was part of Riverina’s unsuccessful NSW Country Championships campaign last week while Hampton was out with a shoulder complaint picked up playing for the Wagga Sloggers.
It means Angus McLay and Sam Smith drop back to second grade.
