Giving customers the home they want is the main goal for Cavalier Homes.
This is what drives them to be flexible with planning and design, offer high quality finishes and provide honest and reliable customer service.
Cavalier Homes has a range of plans available for owners to select from.
These plans are flexible allowing customers to change the location of many elements to suit their needs.
“If you see a plan and want to move a window or move the bedroom from the front of the house to the back you can,” sales manager David Barkla said.
“We’re happy to change the plans and are flexible on design.”
If making a few changes to an existing plan isn’t enough the team at Cavalier Homes can support their clients in designing their own home from scratch.
“We will ensure that your experience of building a new home is relaxed and enjoyable, whilst keeping you informed of progress throughout the building process with regular meetings,” Cavalier Homes owner Scott Gunning said.

“Our building team provide the best quality homes with attention to detail and our fixed priced contracts mean no surprise costs at the end of your building experience.”
The attention to detail is evident, especially when it comes to timber flooring.
Some timber floors are laid after the skirting board goes down. This means the timber is “butted up” to the edge and beading has to be used to cover the gap.
Cavalier Homes do not finish timber flooring this way.
“We get our builders back in to do the skirting after the flooring has gone down,” owner Sandra Gunning said.
“It’s a much nicer finish.”
The entire building process is made simple with the team organising everything from permissions with council, to planning and the entire building process.
The selection room also helps buyers select features and finishes easily.
“The selection side is often what scares people off building but we make that process easy,” Sandra said.
Location of the build is not an issue with Cavalier Homes. They have built homes in most Wagga suburbs and homes are currently under construction in Junee, Collingullie and Coolamon.
