About 11pm on Wednesday, officers attached to Riverina Police District attended a Broughton Street address in Tumut after receiving a noise complaint.
Police observed five people at the premise, before one man allegedly fled the scene on foot.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Officers spoke to the occupant, a 33-year-old woman, and her three visitors, two men aged 35 and 36, and another woman aged 38.
They were all issued PINs for breaching the public health order and directed to return home.
A 28-day noise abatement direction was also issued to the 33-year-old woman, and enquiries continue to locate the person who fled on foot.
