Some competitions were able to get games in before the lockdown was enforced at 5pm on Saturday.
The remainder of games, including both the men and women's first grade competitions, were cancelled.
Football Wagga is in a better position than most other Riverina sporting codes after having already extended their season until the middle of October.
Football Wagga's cancellation comes after Wagga City Wanderers' Capital Football fixtures were called off on Thursday due to the ACT lockdown.
