Capital Football suspended all football activity from 5pm on Thursday.
It comes after a confirmed COVID-19 case was recorded in Canberra.
The Wanderers' senior men's teams were due to travel to Canberra on Saturday to take on the seventh-placed Weston Molonglo at Woden Park.
That game will no longer go ahead, with Capital Football yet to decide what happens to round 18 fixtures.
The Wanderers' senior women's team was due to host West Canberra Wanderers at Gissing Oval on Sunday, a fixture that will also no longer take place as scheduled.

"With the ACT Government's announcement that the Territory will enter a seven-day lockdown, Capital Football confirms that all football and futsal activities will be suspended from 5pm Thursday 12th August, 2021 to 5pm Thursday 19th August, 2021," Capital Football's statement read.
"This includes all training sessions and competition matches and all face-to-face meetings or events.
"We will provide further updates next week, once more is known from the ACT Government about the Public Health Order."
Wanderers director Brendan Flanagan said they completely understood the decision made by Capital Football.
Meantime, the Wanderers men have jumped to fifth position on the ladder after Queanbeyan City FC was stripped of 24 points due to referee abuse.
