Five people have been injured in a two-vehicle collision just outside Wagga at the intersection of the Sturt and Olympic highways at Moorong.

A NSW Ambulance spokesman said six crews attended the scene of the crash, which happened just before 12.10pm on Thursday.
"We have transported four people to Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition," the spokesperson said.
"They were a female aged in her sixties with a collarbone injury; a male aged in his fifties with chest pain; a male aged in his forties with ribs and lower leg pain and two other people with minor injuries."
One of the people with minor injuries was not taken to hospital and there were no reports of people being trapped in the vehicles.

A Toyota hatchback appeared to have had one of its front wheels ripped off in the collision and a small sedan suffered extensive head-on damage.
The crash affected traffic in all directions, with a significant emergency services presence at the scene.
Police were directing traffic around the crash but the Sturt and Olympic Highways have been reopened at the intersection.
Fire and Rescue NSW and the Volunteer Rescue Association also attended the incident.
