Bourke continued her good form from Gundagai on Sunday into the Wagga meeting as she guided home Benno's Boy ($3.70) and My Solaki ($5.00) for a race-to-race double.
The monster 10-race programme proved a successful one for Wagga trainers, winning five.
Benno's Boy added to his remarkable story, backing up from a second placing at Gundagai on Sunday to win the Elders Insurance Benchmark 58 Handicap (1000m).
It was the nine-year-old's 20th career win at start number 183, and continued his good form since joining Michelle Borserio from Trevor Sutherland.
Bourke was over the moon to land a winning double, having entered the meeting with two wins from just 13 race rides.
"It's awesome. I can't explain how happy I am. It's great," Bourke said.
"Hopefully the opportunities keep coming."
Wagga trainer George Dimitropoulos, who Bourke is apprenticed to, was thrilled to see her land a double.
"It's unbelievable actually," Dimitropoulos said.
"We started off at Tumbarumba and Molly was doing so well I thought she deserved a chance to we moved down to Wagga just to give her that extra chance."
Dimitropoulos travels from Tumbarumba to Wagga daily to train and was thrilled to take out the $27,000 JRC Electrical Services Battlers Cup Benchmark 50 Handicap (1300m) with My Solaki.
Dimitropoulos believes the addition of blinkers played a big part in the success.
"I think putting blinkers on him has made a bit of a difference and made him concentrate a little bit better," he said.
"Last start at Narrandera he jumped and went sideways for quite a bit. So I thought putting blinkers on should help. He always run well on the heavy and we were pretty confident today he would run a big race."
