The Bulls fullback crossed for a hat-trick and slotted six of his seven conversion attempts in the 40-12 victory.
A big first half display set up the win as Southcity scored the first 28 points of the clash before conceding right on half-time.
Despite not having the same impact in the second half, captain-coach Nathan Rose was pleased with their display in slick conditions.
"It was good. Our first half was really good," Rose said.
"I think we adapted to the weather well and played some good footy but in that second half we just dropped our standard a little bit.
"We've got a few tough games coming up over the next month so we will have to pick that up."

Southcity's error rate increased in the second half as the weather turned by they still managed two more tries, including the second of a double for Brody Tracey to seal the win.
The win keeps the Bulls two points behind ladder leaders Tumut ahead of their clash with winless Brothers on Saturday.
Ball security is something Rose still wants to team to work on.
"We just started to go tit-for-tat with drop balls, it was back and forth when a bit of rain came down and we just need to be better," he said.
Meanwhile the Thunder are still six points adrift of fifth-placed Kangaroos ahead of a crucial clash with Temora, who are two points ahead but have scored one less win, at Greenfield Park on Sunday.
