Coming off the bye, the Wagga club will play the Thunder for a second consecutive time.
Albury scored a 40-12 win at Junee but co-coach James Hay is confident the winless club already made changes which will help them reverse the result.
"We're confident we can turn things around," Hay said. "We made the changes in the last 10 minutes of the last game when we scored two good tries, started moving the ball around and played some football.
"We looked a lot better so we're going to have a pretty young, fast and fit forward pack and hopefully we can bring some intensity to our defence and move the ball around a bit more in attack."
Brothers have a couple of changes after Sam Macklan, Harold Kirby and Mathew O'Neill were all late withdrawals last time.
The trio are all back however Tomasi Baravailala will miss after breaking his hand.
Hay is looking also looking for more consistency from the club as they look to get on the board in 2021.
"A lot of teams worry about putting 80 minutes together we're just trying to get 40 minutes to start off with rather than the 70 or 80 minutes we've been giving teams in more games," he said.
