While the Blues will be without Jed Pearce at Harris Park on Sunday, they still boost Country representatives Zac Masters and Ron Leapai.
Both return to the side who accounted for Albury last week.
Southcity are the only undefeated side in Group Nine however the Blues have only lost once, a two-point result against Kangaroos in round two.
Southcity haven't got the size of their rivals, but Rose is confident the team has the balance right.
"Even though we have some strike out wide we look to play well as a team," Rose said.
"It is no difference for our forwards up the middle.
"(Tumut) have a fair few good forwards in there and will be looking to come through the middle so we will just have to turn up."

The Bulls almost have a makeshift front row with Dana Ratu and Tim Hurst pushing up this season however it is working for them so far.
Ratu linked with the club last season while Hurst has been a regular in their back row for the best part of the last decade.
He sat out the shortened season last year and Rose has been pleased with how he's adapted to a new role.
"He's been going well," Rose said.
"It's been a bit of a different transition for him to where he's been playing the last few years but he's stepped up to the plate and is doing a good job at the moment."
Southcity conceded more points in their win over Young last week than they had in their first three combined.
However after a fast start, where they led 18-0 after 24 minutes, it was just enough to hold off Young to take a 28-24 victory.
Most of their early points came through their forwards with Ratu scoring the opening try after five minutes while Luke McBeath also went straight through the Cherrypickers' middle.
Rose believes another strong start will be crucial to their chances of extending their winning run.
"It's important for us to start well against Tumut as they are a quality side," he said.
"We have to stick to our game plan and hopefully that's enough to come out on top."
Southcity have made just the one change with Cody Hodge returning to the centres after playing for Country last weekend.
The Bulls have almost had a carbon copy side over the first six rounds.
Hodge has scored a hat-trick in each of the three games he's played in this season and Rose is happy to have back on the right edge.
"He's been playing some good footy to start the year so hopefully he can continue to do that this weekend," Rose said.
