Entitled A Holster Full Of Love the play was written by music teacher Gus Belling and will be directed by drama teacher Bernadette Kennedy.
"It's a black comedy reimagining of Romeo and Juliet set in the wild west," Ms Kennedy said.
"It's very different from what we've done before."
The stage and scenery for the play have been designed and constructed by the school's staff and students, while the performance itself will feature 30 actors, 25 dancers, and 25 musicians from years 7 to 12.

Senior student Amy O'Halloran will perform the role of 'Doc' in the play.
"I'm the doctor, and the doctor is all about making sure the gang is up and running for their next adventure," the 17-year-old said.
"They'll be off to a new town to rob people of their money and you can't do that when you're bashed and beaten."
Fellow student Murray Tuvale will play the role of the mayor.
"I'm the main antagonist, I'm the bad guy in the play," the 17-year-old said.
"I gain the trust of the townsfolk but then I stab them in the back."
Although he has performed at the school for many years, this will be the first time he has been cast as the main character, and especially the first time as the villain.
"It's exciting, but I'm also nervous about it," he said.
The performance season will begin on June 3 and will run until June 11 with tickets to be purchased directly from the school.
