Green and new Waratahs hooker Harriet Elleman have both earned their place in the final 28-strong squad.
Elleman has been a member of the squad since the inaugural season in 2018 and after a few attempts at trying to take her game to the next level Green is thrilled to join her.
Green has spent the past five seasons playing with Wagga City in Southern Inland's women's competition.
It was the third time the 23-year-old has trialled for the squad and believes getting more experience has helped boost her chances.
"It is very exciting," Green said.
"Obviously I had something to impress them with this year.
"It's good as I've been working my butt off.
"I've just continued training and the more you play rugby the more you learn and the more you develop as a player. I think I've just learnt over the years."

The pair have been travelling to Canberra twice a week for training.
Green admitted the hard work and plenty of hours on the road have been worth it after making the final strong for the new-look season.
"We've been travelling up to Canberra twice a week," she said.
"Thank God for carpooling with Harriet and a couple of other girls to get back for work the next day.
"It's been tiring but good."
She's also looking forward to sharing the travel load and experience with Elleman.
"I know Harriet has been doing it all solo for the last year or two so it takes a bit of weight off her shoulders as well," Green said.
Green is one of 10 new faces in the squad who are looking to take the next step after the Brumbies season was halted just days out from the semi-final last year due to coronavirus concerns.
Coach Dan Hawke believes he's assembled the right mix of experience and youth.
Former Wagga products Jane Garraway, who is co-captain of the side, and Claudia Obst have also been selected.
The Super W season has reverted to playing in winter this season with the expanded competition set to get under way on June 19.
