Koroi was handed two yellow cards, both for four foul play, in the 61-12 loss to Wagga City at Conolly Rugby Complex on Saturday.
There were among the six yellow cards handed out in the grand final rematch.
Meanwhile Crockatt attracted the referee's ire after being on the end of repeated infringement penalties twice in CSU's 15-12 loss to Ag College at Beres Ellwood Oval on Saturday.
Both players are required to appear to determine if they have a further case to answer.
"Once a red is given they have to come in for the judiciary," Southern Inland rugby manager Jack Heffernan said.
Crockatt faces the prospect of missing the clash with former club Wagga City on Saturday as the winless Reddies prepare for their 50th anniversary celebrations.
CSU have already suffered a 76-0 loss against the premiers so this season.
