Up by just a point at half-time, the Swans booted five unanswered goals in the third term to set up the victory in their first home game since 2019, while the Crows remain winless.
Henry Delves led the way up forward for the Swans with four goals.
The Crows were able to make a fast start with Taj Doyle, Bryce O'Garey and Sam Darley hitting the scoreboard while Delves kicked the Swans' solo major in the opening term.
Riley Irvin reduced the margin after the break before Darley booted his second, but the game swung in the Swans' favour from that point.
The home side kicked seven unanswered goals to take a 34-point lead into the final term.
Swans coach Greg Dreyer was pleased with the way how his side was able to remain composed after the Crows' fast start.
"They came out on fire, and I think our composure was something that was a real positive," he said.
"We were able to settle into the game and worked really hard on our structures and were able to get over the top of them in the end.
"They had a really good game against Tigers last weekend, and that was what we expected again this week."
One of the standouts for the Swans was Kahlan Spencer, who was praised by Dreyer for his response after a quiet game in the round one loss to Collingullie-Glenfield Park.

"He had a bit of a quiet one last week, and we had some conversations during the week, and he fired up and played an excellent game," he said.
"It's one thing to come into seniors and be a young bloke, but there are still some expectations, and you still have to be able to do your job, and that certainly happened today.
"Not just Kahlan, but there were quite a few of them."
With a couple of tough games coming up for the Griffith side, Dreyer knows that getting the early victory could prove crucial.
"We are off to Mangoplah next week, which is our longest trip of the season and then have Wagga Tigers here who have won the last two premierships," he said.
"So with two hard games coming up, it was a very important game."
