Featonby (1:04.06) outpointed Leeton's Ed Langdon (1:04.29) for the fourth straight race over the 3km run-23km bike-400m swim-3km run circuit, with youngster Jackson Tenhave just over eight minutes further back in third.
Hargreave (1:21.56) again used her superior run leg to run down Amy Combs (1:23.51) after the young cyclist built a lead on the bike before finishing third, while Kelsey Tobin (1:22.39) powered home late to finish second in her only appearance for the series.
"I was a bit behind out of the pool but I caught her (Combs) about 500m into the last run," Hargreave said.
"I set the goal late last year that it would be good to have a go at the Riverina Tri Series and have a crack at the $1000 (overall series winner prizemoney). It's good to tick off that goal."
Hargreave and Featonby said there could be scope for the series to be expanded in the future.

"There was talk maybe Lockhart might come in or Leeton, it would be good to even see Albury possibly come into it as well," Hargreave said.
Featonby added: "Leeton were talking about having a race in the series, they probably had the biggest turnout from all the clubs.
"The more racing the better, but it takes a lot of commitment from volunteers. The races they've got already everyone did a great job of supporting it and they should be proud of putting together a great series.
Featonby said the prizemoney, where cash for individual race results was also on offer through the series, was a big attraction for competitors who didn't race much last year.
"I've raced all over the world, for sometimes no (financial) reward at all. Racing pro cycling a few years ago were just for the glory, I got third in Oceania championships and got nothing," he said.
"It's good to be rewarded for the hard work because it's a tough sport to train for, and to get that incentive is really cool."
