Rocket Tiger's preparation for the feature at Rosehill Gardens has largely been uninterrupted since Saturday, in stark contrast to the rollercoaster ride of last week.
Spackman was granted permission to gallop Rocket Tiger on the course proper at Murrumbidgee Turf Club (MTC) on Saturday, where he enjoyed his main piece of work.
He then enjoyed a final tune up with another grass gallop at MTC on Tuesday morning.
Spackman is happy with how his two-year-old is coming along ahead of the biggest moment of his racing life on Saturday.
"He did his main work on Saturday morning and he was cherry ripe," Spackman said.
"We had a big contingent of people there to watch him work, everyone who was going to travel to Sydney, and he worked beautiful. His work was just outstanding.
"His work was awesome (on Tuesday morning) as well. Everything is on track. I couldn't fault him. I can't wait to get there and do the Riverina proud."

Spackman was not put out by the decision to postpone Saturday's race meeting. He heard the decision before beginning the trip from Wagga.
He is looking forward to a much quieter build up to Saturday this week than the drama-charged build up of the seven days prior.
"You could just see in his demeanor last week, it was just 'leave me alone', he'd had enough of the poking and prodding," Spackman said.
"He was pulled from pillar to post, and not just for one day, for three days. He had vet checks, X-rays, he was pulled completely out of his comfort zone.
"Everyone wants part of him and he's there for everybody. I'm lucky enough to train him but to be fair, he's everybody's horse. Even Noel (Penfold) has submitted to that."
Rocket Tiger is a $51 chance for the Golden Slipper.
He took his place in the field after owners, the Penfold family, paid the $150,000 late entry fee at the last minute.
Rocket Tiger has already amassed $138,000 in prizemoney on the back of his two wins and two placings from four career starts.
