In front of a good crowd, North Albury quick Haydyn Roberts destroyed CAW Hume's top-order in the opening 30 minutes with a spell the country association never recovered from.
He grabbed the wickets of Mark Kreutzberger, Shannon Terlich and Tom Simmons as CAW Hume crashed to 3-8 after winning the toss and batting.
While CAW Hume rallied to make 104, the result was never in doubt as Coby Fitzsimmons (45) and Neil Smith (30) put on 76 for the opening partnership.
Indian batsman Shoaib Shaikh then blazed a quickfire 21 not out to ensure CAW provincial held the O'Farrell Cup over winter.
Co-coach Trent Ball said his side didn't want to give CAW Hume a sniff following their upset win over Wagga last month.
"We started the game well with the ball through Jake Burge and Haydyn Roberts who are probably the best opening partnership in the competition at the moment," Ball said.
"These blokes knocked off Wagga so there's always a chance things can happen but the boys all turned up ready to go.
"I was really impressed.
"We picked players on the verge of playing rep like Roberts and Leo McGhee who probably just miss out on Bullets and Riverina.
"Coby and Neil Smith then went about the run chase really well."
Roberts led the way with the ball with 4-18 off 10 overs while Burge (0-14), McGhee (2-24) and Mick Galvin (2-28) also kept CAW Hume on the back foot.
Walla's Joel Merkel topscored for the visitors with 20 while Osborne's Ed Perryman looked right at home making 17.
Cootamundra and Albury and Border share the record for the most number of defences with 27.
CAW Hume skipper Tom Simmons conceded his side was beaten but far from disgraced.
"The boys love their rep cricket and we made provincial work for it," Simmons said.
"We fought it out to the end."
