Late Night at the Gallery will showcase everything from DJs, silent beats and creative workshops to new art exhibitions, roving performances and drumming on the lawns.
The event comes as part of the Wagga Art Gallery's newly-formed group, the Young Creative Collective, which hopes to promote the appeal of art to a wider audience.
Gallery Director Lee-Anne Hall said they were focused on expanding their creative horizons beyond the "stereotypical arts scene".
"Traditionally, galleries have an audience overwhelmingly female, often over 45, but we're interested in serving our entire region which is potentially a much larger audience," she said.
"One audience in particular is younger people between 16 and 26, so we want to remind people of that age that you don't have to be an artist to enjoy the gallery, and there's so much more to the experience than a painting on the wall."
Projections and the use of iPads will also be on offer, according to the gallery's Youth Program project officer Maryanne Gray.
"It will be a very interactive experience, and pending the weather, we are hoping to activate the lawn space outside of the glass gallery with a vendor for drinks and refreshments," she said.
Much of the evening's exhibitions and workshops will be the culmination of previous works. The gallery's Digital and Programs officer Tayla Martin said the current Hardenvale exhibition was the centrepiece of many "innovative and engaging workshops" held at the end of 2020.
In other news:
"We'll also have zine making workshops and youth mentoring, as well as roving performers."

For those missing out on the event, a poetry performance will also be held on Sunday from the Booranga Writers' Centre.
