The peak body has also altered the structure of their racing calendar.
A Category meetings will offer prize money of $8000 while B Category B meetings will carry $5865.
Horses who win at B Category meetings will now only receive three national ratings points, however A Category meetings remain at four points.
A Category meetings have been budgeted to increase by five per cent in the 2022 and 2023 season, rising to $8800 on January 1 2023 as part of a new strategic plan for the industry.
As part of the changes, winners will receive a larger share while trainers will earn a bigger slice of the prizemoney.
The prize money commission will rise from 7.5 per cent to 10 per cent on January 1.
The drivers percentage remains at five per cent.
Restrictions have also been lifted which will allow owners access to stabling areas provided they adhere to social distancing.
As of Friday, separation being participants and patrons will no longer be in effect.

KILLARA Juggernaut made it two wins from as many starts to take out the Southern Central Engineering Prelude at Leeton on Friday.
After winning by more than 50 metres on debut, Killara Juggernaut was forced to do plenty of work to down About To Peak by 1.3 metres.
There were only enough nominations to run a prelude of the series and after Tony Peacock's three runners were scratched only seven horses will compete in the $10,000 final on December 26.
The win was part of a treble for Jackson Painting while Blake Micallef drove two winners.

MAJOR Roll scored a narrow win for Mirrool trainer-driver Stephen Maguire at Menangle on Saturday.
Taking advantage of a good draw, Major Roll made the most of another trip along the highway to win by a half head.
Major Roll has now won 20 of his 40 starts with nine minor placings.

MAAJIDA made it two wins on the trot to take out her Vicbred Super Series heat at Ballarat on Friday.
After disappointing in the Breeders Crown semi-final three starts ago, the reigning two-year-old filly of the year booked her place.
Forever Yin finished third in his heat at Ballarat to also qualify for the semi-finals.
The semi-finals for all three age divisions will be held at Melton on Tuesday.

LETS Katchmeifucan made it four wins in a row at Albion Park on Saturday night.
The Leeton-owned pacer backed up his prelude win to take out the final for Craig Cross.
