The Saints captain snared 4-51 to help bowl Wagga RSL out for 194 at Robertson Oval on Saturday.
After opening the batting Frostick then brought up his century to secure a four-wicket win on the final over of the match.
The Englishman struck a boundary to not only get his team home but to bring up his century after finishing unbeaten on 102.
He was thrilled to bring up the milestone in a win.
"In the second to last order we needed two to win and I needed three for my century so I tried smashing a couple but I couldn't do it and just took a single," Frostick said.
"I said to Brett (McVittie) just to hit the boundary but he just defended it, took it to the last over and I got with a four."
Jack Carey was the backbone of Wagga RSL's innings scoring 90 runs off 97 balls.
Carey and Charlie Cull (33) put on 77 runs before Frostick struck.
However Frostick was pleased with how his side pulled things back.
"I thought as a bowling and fielding group we had 10 or 15 overs when we were pretty poor, pretty slack and they got on top with a really good partnership with Cull and Carey," he said.
"Carey was the main influence, he run us to death and I think he did well to peg them to 194 in the end."
St Michaels were forced to change their batting order on Saturday morning, but Frostick was impressed with how Daniel Coates (25) played after batting at number three.
"Dan usually bats nine, 10 or eight but we had a few people pull out through illness in the morning and I know Dan can hold a bat and went out there looking like he'd batted number three all his life with the way he was going about it," he said.
"That was very pleasing, it was a bit disappointing with the way he got out but the way he was scoring his runs was very impressive.
"He certainly staked a claim for batting further up the order for the rest of the season."
St Michaels are now two points behind third placed Wagga RSL with a clash against South Wagga to come before the Christmas break.
