It was a practice implemented at the start of the coronavirus crisis however Harness Racing NSW chief executive John Dumesny confirmed there will be no change at this stage.
"Remote calling will remain on tracks other than Carnival of Cups meetings and other major meetings," Dumesny said.
"That doesn't prevent clubs engaging their own race caller on course."
Dumesny said the move was designed to ensure quality race callers.

A NUMBER of Riverina participants will head south of the border for the start of the Vicbred Super Series heats this week.
Forever Yin looks the best placed after drawing barrier one in his heat at Ballarat on Friday.
The four-year-old series starts at Bendigo on Thursday, before the three-year-olds race at Ballarat while the two-year-olds race at Shepparton on Sunday.
There are also plenty of Riverina participants heading to Cobram's meeting on Thursday.

MATT Harrington scored the biggest win of his career when Hard To Love took out the Menangle Country Series heat at Riverina Paceway on Sunday.
The six-year-old made it two wins on the trot to book his place in the final on December 19, which happens to be Harrington's birthday.
Harrington was thrilled to pick up the win.
"This one is my biggest win by far and the biggest thrill too," Harrington said.
"He went super at Young and his work since has just been outstanding so I was pretty confident."
Harrington went close to picking up a double with Nicky Khan finishing a short half head away in the last race.

BLAKE Micallef pulled the right rein after the postponement of Wagga's meeting to Sunday created a clash with the meeting at Parkes.
Micallef elected to head to Riverina Paceway where he drove Ultimate Risk to victory for Darren Richardson.
The best of his two drives at Parkes, Uroc Baby for Young's Rick Burnett, finished third.

GOOD Time Nedra backed up her heat win to dominate her rivals in the final at Shepparton on Thursday.
Mother and son combination Lyn and Leon Hancock scored their fourth win of the season with the mare.
It was her third win in her past five starts and she was placed in the other two starts.

RIVERINA-owned pacers Mister Donald and Lets Katchmeifucan both tasted success after heading to Queensland last week.
Lets Katchmeifucan made it a hat-trick of wins for Craig Cross with his victory on Friday before Mister Donald saluted on Saturday to make it two in a row.
Lets Katchmeifucan races at Albion Park on Saturday.

LEETON will hold a prelude for its new Southern Central Engineering 2YO feature on Friday.
The $10,000 final will be run on Boxing Day.
It is the feature race of the eight-race card.
The first race will be run at 7.24pm.
The race will only be run this season with next year's MIA Breeders Plate to utilise the same format.
Young then races on Tuesday.
