Monday was the labradoodle's second day on the job at the Bidgee School after she arrived from her native Brisbane a couple of weeks ago.
Although she is only working half-days at the moment, she will soon join the school's other two dogs - six-year-old labrador Humphrey and two-year-old fellow labradoodle Frankie - in sharing the full-time duties.
"The school is increasing in size, we're getting another [kindy] to year 2 class [next year] so we needed another dog so that they can all have enough downtime," said principal Marianne Mitchell.

As of next year, the school will have up to 60 students within its gates every day and with the extra classrooms comes extra responsibilities for the school's support dogs.
"They [the dogs] are more than pets, they are staff here," Ms Mitchell said.
"Mental health has really come to the fore this year for all schools, particularly here. These dogs connect with the students, they help them learn empathy towards each other."
Scarlett has therefore begun her training in preparation for the school's growth.
So far, over her two days at the school, Scarlett has spent time in 15-minute increments inside various classrooms.
But to build her familiarity with the school and its students, she currently spends most of her time in the office.
"She's absolutely loving the students and some of the students just love her. They come up here [to the office] as often as they can to see her," Ms Mitchell said.
"They [the dogs] have a deep intuition around kids in distress. They go up to them, check in with them and stay until that student is ready to return to their class."
When she's not at the school, Scarlett will live with Ms Mitchell and Frankie, while Humphrey goes home with another of the school's staff members.
With Frankie having just finished his 18-month long training and awaiting his official graduation, the hope is he will be able to show the new girl the ropes at the school.
