Coming off a 70-0 win over Wagga Christian College last week, Kooringal tackle defending champions Mater Dei Catholic College at Conolly Rugby Complex on Thursday.
Mater Dei will be looking to hit back after suffering a 30-15 loss to Kildare Catholic College in the grand final rematch last week.
A clash between Kildare and Wagga High kicks off the second round of play at 4.30pm.
Kooringal High and Mater Dei clash in the second game at 6pm before Wagga Christian College tackles The Riverina Anglican College at 7.30pm.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, spectators are unable to attend any of the games.
