The margin may well have been bigger had the game not been called after just two innings due to the ground
conditions.
With Saints batting first, the Warriors were the first to experience the greasy conditions and it wasn't long before starting pitcher, Montana Kearnes, was replaced by Kristy Tenison.
The first three batters for the Saints were all hit by wild pitches, allowing them all to make first base. Further wild pitches saw first two batters Gemma McGlynn and Laura Harley score before the Saints were dismissed.
In the Warriors first innings, lead batter, Jess Swaysland, hit a two-bagger to centre field and was advanced to third on a deep fly ball from Kristy Tenison. A long left field home run by Montana Kearnes, scored both she and Swaysland, leaving the score tied up after Layhnee Kearnes and Sam O'Neill were both dismissed.
Carmel Hutchinson took over the pitching role for Warriors, and despite throwing to six batters, only Grace Ryan scored.
The Saints looked set to take an early lead when they dismissed the first two Warriors batters, but then the wheels fell off as Jacinta Parmenter prevented the hat-trick of outs by hitting safely to right field.
A combination of hits, fielding errors and wayward pitching saw the Warriors add another nine runs to their first innings tally, taking the score to 11-3.
At this stage, plate umpire Todd Maiden, called the game because of the difficult conditions, with sufficient time played to constitute a legitimate game.
The Warriors will enjoy a bye next Saturday, while the Saints will meet Turvey Park.
