They've revealed their coaches as Chris McGregor for first grade, Tino Kaue for seconds and the women's team will be led by Lama Lolotonga.
Blacks president Dan McGreal said the club was keen to get back on-field after all grades made finals in 2019, with the women's side and thirds winning premierships.
"There's excitement more than anything at the potential of what we could do," he said.
"We had a pretty big build up this year, but with COVID it stopped, and I think the fire is still going to burn in those guys."
McGreal said the club's coaches have all coached for the Blacks before in both senior and juniors levels, and as locals would help preserve and grow a family friendly culture in the club.
With the Blacks not taking the field this year, it's proven helpful for some players to get some much needed time to recover from injuries, while other players have gotten some valuable game time with other clubs.
McGreal said five of the club's first grade players had helped win a premiership with the Leeton Phantom's second grade side, and others played with Waratahs and Albury. Three played for Ag College's women's side in their grand final.
McGregor said the Blacks had secured commitments for players to return for 2021, but the coaches will also be looking to give the club's juniors get a chance to make a debut in the senior grades.
"When I started talking with Dan and the board, one of the first people I rang was Tino because I wanted to work with him," McGregor said.
"We'll put some stuff in place so we play the same strategies and set pieces across firsts, seconds and thirds."
Both McGregor and Kaue aren't only interested in football skills, but want to mentor the club's players so they can become leaders and role-models off-field.
"The goal should be to improve the club and players and if you're not doing that it's already a bust," Kaue said.
While most coaches are in place, McGreal said a coach for third grade was still to be confirmed.
