The Reddies are yet to taste defeat this year and only their university rivals Ag College stand in their way of a second premiership in the past three years.
Grand finals haven't always gone to script for the club, with two losses before their a breakthrough title in 2018.
However with plenty of new faces this year, captain Ivy Merlehan believes there is a good mix.
"Everyone is pretty confident, we're training the house down so everyone is really keen," Merlehan said.
"A lot of the girls haven't played in a grand final but we've got a few who have been in the last couple.
"We're keen to give it a red hot crack."
While CSU head into the decider with the weight of expectation, Merlehan doesn't believe the team feels it.
Instead she's confident they have more to give.
"We're just going to go out there and play our game," Merlehan said.
"We know Aggies are a strong team but we know what we have to do to win.
"I don't think we have reached our full potential this year but hopefully we can bring it out this weekend."
Ag College didn't make finals last year but after picking up reinforcements from Griffith and Tumut have turned into a force to be reckoned with in 2020.
CSU thrashed Ag College in their first meeting this season, taking a 49-5 win in round six, but were made to work harder for it to take a 39-20 victory in the qualifying final.
They are their only two losses for the year and despite losing key playmaker Amelia Lolotonga for the clash at Conolly Rugby Complex on Saturday, Liz Young isn't writing off Aggies' chances.
"We've come a long way in terms of skill development and we have really bonded as a club, especially with having girls from other clubs in us," Young said.
"I really think if we can pull together and put in our best efforts on the day we can bring home the cup."
The women's side have been flying the flag for Ag College in 2020, after not entering any men's teams despite two grand final appearances last season.
Regardless of the result, Young believes it has been an important year for the team
"We're very excited and it is very big for Ag College, especially in a year like this when it is hard for students to be around," she said.
"We're so grateful for all the support we've had with our amazing coach, an awesome president and the girls from Tumut and Griffith have really committed to our team. I think it has built such an awesome culture for the club."
