Leeton United are the new ladder leaders after their 2-0 win over Tolland at Leeton Sportsground on Sunday.
It came about after Football Wagga found that Henwood Park played a disqualified player in their 3-1 win over Lake Albert on August 16.
The decision, which Henwood Park are challenging, is centred around the return of Dillon Blackwood from suspension and has caused a huge shake-up of the ladder.
Lake Albert, who had the bye on the weekend, have now moved into fourth spot with the extra three points.
Young drop out of the top four, as do Tolland after their loss on Sunday.
Henwood Park president Ryan Smith said the club is disappointed with the decision and hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The Hawks claim Blackwood's suspension was originally a fixture-based penalty but was successfully appealed at the General Purpose Tribunal, reducing it to five weeks and clearing the way for his return on August 16.
