Parker has signed a new two-year deal with the club, a move that will see her remain at the Giants until the end of the 2022 season.
Parker, who turned 20 last week, enjoyed an outstanding second season at AFLW level, winning the Giants best and fariest, while also being named in the All-Australian team.
Parker was one of 25 re-signings announced by the club on Monday, which also included captain Alicia Eva and key players Elle Bennetts and Rebecca Beeson.
Giants Head of Academies and AFLW, Briana Harvey, was thrilled to be able to retain so much talent at the club.
"We're thrilled to have 25 of our top players commit to the club for next season and beyond," Harvey said.
"We know we've built a strong culture and first-class AFLW program here at the GIANTS and the commitment from the majority of our list show that.
"Along with strong local talent, we have players who are willing to relocate themselves and their families to be part of our program which speaks volumes of what we have built here."
Hay's Jodie Hicks also re-signed for next season.
Pre-season for the Giants will begin in November, ahead of the start of the 2021 season in early February.
