Ovens and Murray League powerhouse Albury Tigers won the race to sign the Conlan brothers last September after the pair attracted strong interest from across the country.
Jacob won the Riverina League leading goalkicking and went on to kick 66 goals for the season, while Lucas was equally as important and booted 29 goals from 13 games.
The cancellation of the Ovens and Murray competition last week has opened the door for the Conlans to return, along with Isaac Campbell.
That is on top of Riley Irvin returning from Wollongong.
Griffith president Jeff Harris said the Swans may secure 'one or two' more signings but had a clear focus on developing the club's existing squad.
"It's good to have some local kids back and that we get to give them an opportunity to play some footy," Harris said.
"We're very deliberate in prioritising locals in what we bring in. We might only bring in one or two more to ensure we're competitive and to have a couple of mentors to help teach the kids their craft."
The return of the Conlan brothers, along with Irvin, will provide the Swans with some much-needed height and options in key positions.
Their return comes on top of the arrival of prior recruits Leigh Owen, Ryan Bullus and Ash Verhagen, who have all played at Griffith before.
The Swans open their season with a clash against Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong at Ganmain Sportsground on July 18.
