WAGGA's 23-day run without a COVID-19 diagnosis has come to an end with one new case identified in the city on Sunday morning.

A Wagga man in his sixties returned a test result with a "low positive" reading, and is currently being treated in Wagga Base Hospital.
A Murrumbidgee Local Health District spokeswoman said the man would undergo further testing to confirm the diagnosis.
It is unknown at this stage how the man contracted the virus but public health will be doing contact tracing, the spokeswoman said.
The latest diagnosis brings the total number of positive cases in the MLHD to 46, with 39 recovered cases.
Until Sunday, Wagga's most recent positive case was on April 3.
The MLHD had been without a new case since its tally rose by one on April 11, when a person from Albury was isolated in Sydney.
There have been 3481 coronavirus tests conducted in the MLHD to date.
The MLHD is urging the community to remain vigilant with good hygiene practices and social distancing measures as symptoms can take anywhere between three and 14 days to present.
MLHD executives last week announced a widening of COVID-19 testing parameters and anyone with flu-like symptoms is being encouraged to get tested.
The Murrumbidgee COVID-19 Hotline, 1800 831 099, is available between 7am and 9pm everyday for a confidential over-the-phone assessment.
