The 34-year-old woman, who did not formally enter pleas to the charges, appeared via video link before registrar Paul Fernon on Friday morning.
She has been charged with five counts of intentionally sexually touching a child between 10 and 16 years, three counts of sexual intercourse with a child between 14 and 16 years, and single charges of intentionally inciting a child between 10 and 16 years to do a sexual act to them, using a carriage service to send indecent material and false representation resulting in police investigation.
The woman was arrested at a Wagga home shortly before 10am on Thursday after "extensive investigations" carried out by detectives from the NSW Police Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad.
Detectives were following up reports received in November that a 15-year-old boy had been sexually assaulted by a woman who was known to him.
Police allege that during the investigation, they received further information about other boys who had "sexual interactions with the woman".
"Police will allege in court that the woman groomed and sexually abused two boys - both aged 15 - and incited a third boy - aged 14 - to perform a sexual act in the Riverina area between May and November 2019," police said in a statement.
"It is further alleged the woman sent indecent messages and images to a 13-year-old boy and fabricated a false report of an ADVO breach."
Charges against the woman were adjourned to Wagga Local Court on Wednesday, March 18.
