The idea is the brainchild of Kerri Flanagan, who only took up the sport six months ago, and there are hopes it can create enough interest to be staged over 24 hours.
Participants can pay $10 to book a court for half an hour, with players able to book more than one time slot.
"All funds will be donated to victims of the bushfires that need it the most," Flanagan said.
"I've got a couple of friends who live in Adelong and Batlow, and an aunt and uncle who had to be evacuated. They're all safe, but it's more the devastation it's caused in the communities.
"I've also sought a lot of donations from local businesses and everyone has been very generous. We've got quite a few things we're going to auction and raffle off as well.
"It (squash-a-thon) will probably be 12 hours but if we're inundated with lots of help we'll try and extend it (to 24).
"We'd love to get it to 24 hours. If more people come on board, obviously the more we'll raise."
