The Wanderers team of Hamid Khan and Peter Corcoran proved too strong for Pot Luck pair Terry Storch and John Wells.
Play first started in June before the Wanderers rose to the top in the final on December 10.
Khan got the favourites off to a perfect start with a 95-68 victory over Storch before Wells hit back to level things with a 76-67 victory over Corcoran.
However it was the only points Pot Luck were to pick up with the Wanderers going on to secure a 3-1 victory with the doubles not required.
Khan then downed Wells 61-49 before Corcoran wrapped things up with a 84-55 win over Storch.
Wagga snooker spokesman Nick Kaletta thought the strength on the Wanderers showed in the grand final.
"They were all reasonably close games but the Wanderers team of Hamid and Peter have been playing quite well all season," Kaletta said.
"The last one was a little bit of a blowout, but not too much."
"Pot Luck came from fourth position to make the grand final which is a pretty good effort as well."
The next season kicks off in January with all invited to take part regardless of their experience level.
