Vincent smashed an unbeaten 63 to guide Colts to an unlikely three-wicket win over Lake Albert at Robertson Oval.
Vincent came to the crease with Colts in trouble at 6-128, chasing 211 for victory, but took to the Bulls' bowling attack with a fine run-a-ball innings.
It completed a terrific fightback from Colts, who were 3-29, at the start of the second day's play.
Tom Cox (42) and Andrew Dutton (46) set a solid platform early before Vincent's heroics finished the job.
Kooringal Colts captain Keenan Hanigan paid tribute to Vincent.
"It was very good with Vinny. He came in, played his shots and battled really well," Hanigan said.
"We were in a little bit of trouble but he came out and played his shots. That's the way he plays."
Lake Albert captain Isaac Cooper did all he could for his team, finishing with 5-61 off 22.5 overs.
Hanigan hopes the win can kick-start Colts' season.
"Yeah getting the first win of the year is obviously exciting," he said.
"It's a reward for the boys that have put in the effort. I feel like we've been pretty close in previous weeks but we just haven't quite been finishing the games off.
"That was the pleasing thing with (Saturday), we finished the game off."
