The Wagga trainer was thrilled as the six-year-old lugged 67.5 kilograms to defend his crown in Spackman's hometown feature on Saturday.
"It's a dream," Spackman said.
"It's very hard to do, and only one other horse has done it in Chance Affair.
"It's pretty special."
Meanwhile Takissacod made it three wins on the trot with her success at Albury.
Spackman continues to be impressed.
"She's just a little gem," he said.
"This was her biggest test so far this time in and she just keeps producing.
"She just tries her guts out."
The mare had to survive a protest to hold onto her narrow victory.
Shying at the winning post has been a problem in each of her wins and it's something Spackman is trying to overcome.
