In 2018, Wagga's Liv Phyland returned with her best friend, Teigan Nash, in tow to empower young girls to take happiness into their own hands.
The pair, both television presenters, founded 'Girls who Glow' after they discussed the messages they had read from their fans.
"However, until we started meeting and talking to these girls we did not realise how bad it was," Ms Phyland said.
"It has been confronting but also extremely rewarding.
"Girls and women are dealing with everything from insecurities to health issues, and we wanted to help.

"We wanted to equip all women with the skills to be healthy."
This year, the pair will be running two workshops for different age groups to try and tackle the problems.
"We talk about nutrition, social media and body image, relationships and mental health," Ms Phyland said.
"We are bringing everyone, from psychologists to professional athletes to talk.
"Everyone can take something out of it, whether they learn how to make a green smoothie or how to get in touch with a psychologist."
The over 18's event will be held on September 29, with the under 18's on September 30.
