May was cited by East Wagga-Kooringal for contact with Hawks defender Max Tiernan in the Saints' win at Gumly in round 12.
He was charged with rough conduct, and the incident graded as high impact, high contact and careless conduct after Tiernan was concussed.
May was offered a two-week suspension with an early guilty plea but elected to fight the charge in a bid to clear his name. He was allowed to play in round 13 against CSU while awaiting a hearing.
However, a disappointed May was found guilty by an independent tribunal last week, although the panel kept the suspension at two weeks.
He missed North Wagga's win against The Rock-Yerong Creek last week and will also sit out Saturday's game at Coleambally.
North Wagga coach Kirk Hamblin declined to comment on the case.
The Saints have some experience coming back in for the game with Hamblin and assistant Lachlan Steward recovering from minor injuries.
"We've got a couple of old heads coming in, we'll up the age average and lower the speed, that's for sure," Hamblin said.
"We're expecting a tough game. Coly are a different team at home, as we've seen with them beating Temora and Marrar this year so we'll need to be on our game, that's for sure."
