No more than three goals separated the rivals, who have clashed in the past two deciders, for most of the match.
But some late turnovers ensured the TRYC prevailed in the battle of the previously unbeaten sides.
TRYC player-coach Sarah O'Leary shifted sister Emily from goalkeeper to wing defence with great success.
"Normally she's goalkeeper but we put Ella Finemore in there to give us a bit more height, which worked really well," she said.
"Everyone has a bit of white line fever and we all want to win. They're a really good team and we definitely want to get a three-peat."
Coleambally stay third after a 54-47 win over Northern Jets, Temora thrashed Barellan 73-40 and East Wagga beat Marrar 36-28.
